Show n Tell June 30th

This week will I show n tell some about my trip to Sweden in May. Some of you already know that I’m Swedish and that all of our families still live over there.

In May did I go home for two weddings in ten days, first weekend home my brother got married and the weekend after my cousin, it was 10 very hectic but fun days.
My brother and his fiancée got married in beautiful church next to the ocean, after the ceremony all of us walked to the little harbor for an hour boat trip to the reception.
*

We passed several charming cottages on the way to the reception
One of the centerpieces that I made for the reception, I brought the crowns from over here and the Trolls are made by Solkatter & Dammråttor

I also had some time to visit Vimmerby were we used to live before we moved to US, Vimmerby is one of the oldest towns in Sweden.

Views from the old cobblestone Main Street

My cousins wedding

The days between the weddings did I spend at my parents, they still live there I grow up. As a kid did you not see the beauty but now…..that’s a whole different story, anyway it was a beautiful week!!

The wedding dress in the first picture looks amazing--don't suppose you could post a front view as well? The trip must have been fabulous. Your parent's farm looks like something on a postcard, what a setting! Glad you had such a nice time.

Jisses, vilken hemlängtan man får.
Vilka underbara bilder du visar från Sverige. Verkar ju ha varit underbara bröllop du varit på.
Hur gick det på stranden?
Hur många timmar i tid skiljer det mellan oss? 3??
Vad ska ni göra 4th of july?
Spelar din make golf?
Ha det så gott så länge.
Kram Bodil.
